What a seal specification can—and cannot—prove

An IP or NEMA enclosure rating must be validated on your assembled enclosure.

Keep the evidence tied to its scope

Include the actual requirement

Send the standard edition, relevant clause and expected evidence. We review whether the selected production partner and nominated material can support the requested documentation. Do not assume certification from a product image or a material acronym.

Special and safety-related applications

Food contact, high-speed rotating brush seals and safety-critical functions require separate specialist review. Do not use these product families as a basis for an unvalidated safety claim.

Your drawing. A matching supply proposal.

Send a drawing, dimensions or a photo of your current part. We review manufacturability with production partners and confirm the specification needed for a matching quotation.
