Choosing filament and channel materials

Define whether the brush wipes, guides or limits dust. List the contacted surface, allowable marking, medium, moisture, temperature and working deflection.

Specify the backing separately

Channel material and holder material may differ. Confirm galvanised steel, stainless grade or aluminium alloy, cut-edge condition and coating. Aluminium holder supply does not imply in-house extrusion.

Trial the assembly

Material names do not define contact force. Confirm filament diameter, effective trim, density and deflection, then test representative surfaces. No ESD, flame or food-contact performance is implied.
